Was für eine Reise. Heute morgen noch in Bergün und jetzt schon in Kathmandu. Ich bin froh, dass der Flug so ruhig war, denn ein bisschen ein Schisshase bin ich schon. Am Flughafen in Kathmandu wurde ich dann von Pasang und von Pemba abgeholt. Pemba war unser erster Guide in Nepal. :)
Jetzt sitze ich hier im Hotel mitten im Thamel im siebten Stock und habe bereits Momos gegessen. :) Hoch über den Dächern Kathmandus schmecken sie noch besser.
Eine kleine Verzögerung gibt es mit unserer Fracht. Diese wurde von Doha anstatt nach Kathmandu nach Muskat geschickt. Ist ja fast das Selbe. Nun wird es wohl 3 Tage dauern....
Morgen Nachmittag habe ich dann meine erste Nepalistunde. Bin schon ganz gespannt darauf, was mich da erwartet. Da es hier eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse hat, kann die Lehrerin hierher kommen.

What a journey. This morning still in Bergün and now already in Kathmandu. I am glad that the flight was so quiet, because I am a bit of a chicken with flying. At the airport in Kathmandu I was
picked up by Pasang and by Pemba. Pemba was our first guide in Nepal. :)
Now I am sitting here in the hotel in the middle of Thamel on the seventh floor and have already eaten Momos. :) High above the rooftops of Kathmandu they taste even better.
There is a small delay with our cargo. It was sent from Doha to Muscat instead of Kathmandu. It is almost the same. Now it will probably take 3 days....
Tomorrow afternoon I will have my first Nepali lesson. I am very curious to see what awaits me there. Since there is a beautiful roof terrace here, the teacher can come here.
