Nun ist es bereits 3 Wochen her, seit ich Nepal mit einem weinenden und einem lachenden Auge verlassen habe. Mit einem weinenden Auge, weil mir das Land und die Leute sehr ans Herz gewachsen sind. Es ist für mich wie eine zweite Heimat. :) Und mit dem lachenden, weil ich mich natürlich auf zu Hause gefreut habe.
Pasang war zwischenzeitlich sehr mit seiner Familie beschäftigt. Sobald das Wetter besser ist, wird er nach Kathmandu fliegen, um alles für Chheskam zu organisieren. Sobald er die neue Schuluniform hat, wird er höchst persönlich nach Chheskam reisen, und die Uniform abgeben. Ich bin Pasang sehr dankbar, dass er das für uns macht.
In Chheskam wird er folgendes Erledigen:
- Schuluniform abgeben (die er vorher in Kathmandu bestellt hat)
- die neuen Schulbänke und Tische vor Ort in Auftrag geben
- Stipendien für 2 Schüler ermöglichen
- Gespräch und Bezahlung eines sehr guten Lehrers
- Beobachtung eines neuen Hauses für eine Einwohnerin von Cheskham
Sobald Pasang dann wieder zurück in Lukla ist, wird er mir einen Bericht geben mit Fotos, was er alles erlebt hat. Ich freue mich bereits jetzt, seine Eindrücke zu veröffentlichen.

Now it is already 3 weeks since I left Nepal with a crying and a laughing eye. With a crying eye, because I love the country and the people very much. It's like a second home to me. :) And with the laughing, because I was looking forward of course to go home.
Pasang was meanwhile busy with his family. As soon the weather is improving, he will fly to Kathmandu to organize everything for Chheskam. As soon as he has the new school uniform, he will travel personally to Chheskam and hand over the uniform. I am very grateful to Pasang for doing this for us.
In Chheskam he will do the following:
- handing over a school uniform (which he ordered in Kathmandu before)
- commission the new school benches and tables on site
- Allow scholarships for 2 students
- Conversation and payment of a very good teacher
- Observation of a new house for a resident of Cheskham
As soon as Pasang is back in Lukla, he will give me a report with photos of what he has experienced. I am already looking forward to publishing his impressions.
